A weekend of human pets, including two parties, a day of classes, two dinners, and a park outing.
A gorgeous show pony, a well-trained police dog, a pile of romping kittens, a latex stallion pulling his mistress’s cart, a zebra grazing at FSF, a leather wolf, bunnies, lemurs, manatees, and meerkats – animal role play creates magic for the participants and observers.
Puppy play, pony play, and other animal role-play, is deeply rewarding in many ways. It allows you to be both submissive and powerful at the same time. You become primal, noble, and beautiful. Experienced players become pre-verbal and enjoy a different reality. It’s a profound way to leave human cares behind. For handlers, trainers, and owners, it’s a delight to work with such wonderful creatures.
This may be the largest and longest running animal role play conference in the world.

The Friday party provides a relaxed introduction. This is a perfect time for newcomers to get some one-on-one coaching. It’s also a time for animals to romp and utilize the space.
The Saturday party provides stables, lounging, and grazing areas for ponies and large animals, plus cages, romp, and training areas for dogs and small animals. And plenty of laps and scritches for kitties and lap pets. There are also social areas and large bdsm play spaces with dozens of stations.
The start of Saturday’s programs is accessible for beginners, as well as admirers and the curious. Then it builds into a range of intermediate/advanced topics. We include presentations, discussions, demos, optional hands-on sessions, and video selections. Multiple presenters will cover dozens of topics.
Those new to pet play will have a chance to try it (if they like), under the guidance of experienced players. This includes both new handlers and new animals. Experienced players will have an opportunity to discuss their experiences, and demo their style. It’s also a good chance to find new partners.
Saturday’s material overlaps only 20-30% with past years. We try to have new material, as well as new presenters for the basic material. It should be a good time for both newcomers and aficionados.
The Saturday night party is very popular. We’ve had over 30 species attend. There’s a lot of interaction and a lot of romping.
About 9:30 on Saturday we’ll begin our “Pets on Parade” segment. This allows anyone to show off their identity, tack, or style. It can be a routine or just a walk through. Preparatory coaching is available both Friday and Saturday.
For the Saturday events, SF Citadel is at 1277 Mission St (at Ninth St).
The evening parties will include various animal play, furries, and open bdsm play on two floors.
Between the Saturday classes and evening party, we plan to have a group outing to a nearby restaurant for an informal banquet, 6:30-8.
On Sunday we meet up in GGP to enjoy the spring air. It’s a picnic and BBQ, with pony carts and lawn for romping. Just make sure to cover your pink bits.
